Apart from the small misunderstanding to begin with, it was superb

The location is second to none, just perfect

The only thing that stops top marks across the board is, it stated on Booking.com that a laundry service was offered. After two weeks of travelling around the Philippines, this was a defining factor of choosing Casa Pilar. When arriving and asking about laundry, I was told there was no such service. It took pointing it out on Booking.com that the service was advertised that the service was offered.

it was okay but they can do a lot more in terms of customer service.

it is a beachfront so access to the beach is easy peasy. also it was quite near the station 3 water activities jump off point so we dont have to walk far. a lot of commercial estalishments right outside the property, food hub is just a short walk…they also had a small nice pool and the property had lots of big green trees and flowering plants that gave a serene atmosphere especially in the morning.

the staff pretty although nice and friendly much left you on your own and not asked if we needed assistance…we stayed 4days 3nights and no offer to change towels or sheets…we had to ask for beach towels that came with a fee, when i just stayed at another property that offered it to me and didnt charge anything…
